When you request a quote through your Home Services Personal Move Coordinator, a member of the Five Star management will come to your home to do a visual survey. Once you have booked your move with Five Star, a crew of uniformed movers will arrive at your home. The crew chief will introduce you to each crew member before they begin to pack your items. During the move, a member of management will drop by to ensure that you are satisfied with every aspect of your move.
